There are a number of rules governing expungements.  In order to give you an accurate answer, you would have to divulge more information.  Generally a felony charge may be dismissed 10 years after completion of sentence (payment of fines/ jail/probation/ community service).  Depending on the charge/ type/amount of the CDS your violation may or may not be a felony.  So again, more information would be necessary.    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This does not constitute legal advice and is given for informational purposes only.
