Can I file a restraining order against a student who just graduated from my college?

More details to this question:
I have been harassed by this student for two years or more. The college never did anything about it. He just recently graduated but it has gotten to the point where I do not feel safe at the college or working my job there. I had to quit my job at the front desk because the college would not do anything to help me.

If the student has been harrassing you, you can take out a stalking charge and/or you can seek a protective order.
