I would like to expunge my record from a misdemeaner committed when I was 18, I am now 69. No record in last 50 years. Would like to get a little part-time job.

The law says you have to be age 70, so you have to wait until then. Expungements are not terribly difficult, but if you get stuck a lawyer can guide you through the process.
