More details to this question:
I am looking to expunge 2 municipal ordinance violations from my record to aid in my search for employment after college. The two municipal violations were originally Disorderly Person's offenses, but were both downgraded by the prosecutors involved. I also have a Disorderly Person's offense for underage gambling in 2012, that cannot be expunged for several more years. I reviewed N.J.S.A. 2C:52-14 and I am still unsure if the expungement of my municipal violations makes me ineligible to expunge the Disorderly Person's offense at a later date. Can I expunge my municipal violations now and still expunge the Underage Gambling charge from my record in a few years?

i could give you a precise answer if i know the exact convictions and arrests and the dates for same. a timeline would be helpful, together with the disposition documents. we would compare your records with the official records. the two do not always match. we would then outline your options. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600
