Can I get a 16 year old felony expunged?

More details to this question:
In 1995 I was convicted of common law robbery and was given a felony. The G.S. has changed since my conviction and some people told me I may could get it expunged. What do you think?

Since it is a felony conviction, it is not capable of being expunged.
