Can I get a class b theft off my record if this is my first offense ever?

I was arrested last night for theft and it was my first time being in trouble and I'm wondering if there is anyway that I can get this removed. I don't want to go back to jail, that was a horrible experience.

Only if you get it dismissed or found not guilty. You could seal it if you successfully completed deferred adjudication probation.
