QUESTION

Can I get a drivers license now that I've moved to a different state?

Asked on Mar 07th, 2014 on DUI/DWI - Colorado
More details to this question:
My license is suspended for 8 years in Massachusetts. I have 2 DUI convictions but MA RMV counts as 3 since I had another in 1983 that the court didn't count but they do. It's been 5 years of no driving since. I'm living in Colorado now. Any chance of getting a license since I could under Colorado law?
