I have a DWLS on my driving record from 1983. Is there a way to remove or have it Sealed. I was only 18 at the time.

Unless you received and completed a deferred adjudication probation, then it cannot be removed from your record nor sealed. If the case was dismissed, you can file an action to expunge the record in civil district court.
