I got a felony 1 drug charge 6 years ago and will soon be completing deferred adjudication probation and am wondering if upon completion I can get this charge expunged
No, you cannot get offenses expunged unless they were dismissed without any type of probation or community supervision, or you were found not guilty at trial.
However, 5 years after you complete deferred adjudication - you can get an order of non-disclosure entered by the court. That would basically seal the record relating to the offense from public disclosure (although law enforcement and government agencies would still be able to see it).
Good luck.
