i have an 8 year suspended sentence for a felony drug crime. I have passed every drug screen for the past year and a half and have completed drug and alcohol counseling but am still going on my own. How long do i have to wait till i can request early dismissal

When, and if, you get an early release from probation depends totally on the judge. There a variety of factors that the judge will consider including your prior record, how you are doing on probation, etc. However, 1.5 years into a 8 year term seems a little early to start asking for an early release.
