i would need to know the precise description of the conviction. if you have a 'robbery' conviction, you cannot have an expungement. was this a 'theft' conviction ? you should try to have the conviction expunged if the conviction can be expunged. this is the most inexpensive way to remove the conviction. if the conviction cannot be expunged, the more expensive and problematic solution is to 're-do' the conviction into another conviction which can be expunged. ed dimon, esq.
