Can I get into the Army with a domestic violence record?

More details to this question:
If you have a domestic assault on your record that was dismissed and not supposed to show up on your record can you get into the army? I tried getting it expunged but they said you cant expunge something thats not on your record?

If you domestic assault charge was dismissed then there is no conviction and yes, you are eligible for service in the United States Military.
