Can I get my rights restored including right to bear arms?

More details to this question:
I was convicted of manufacturing a controlled substance 2nd degree in 2005 or 2006. I completed community corrections in 2007. I haven't been in jail since I was booked and released the same day for an unpaid traffic ticket in 2011.

The Michigan expungement statute allows for the expungement of convictions if 5 years from completion of your sentence has elapsed, and you do not have any other convictions on your record. The Michigan State Police will do a national criminal history check. Any prior adult conviction will disqualify you from expungement.
