More details to this question:
I got caught with a dwi last feb I got a lawyer. I completed task and a oasis program. Then my lawyer tells me to plead guilty taking away my conditional license, I have to get the interlock devise in my car and have to pay for all this and court fees. Did I get screwed and is there a way out of this ?

You committed a serious crime and you are being punished. You did not "get screwed" you were the one that risked your life and everybody else's life and now you are complaining that you got caught and punished? Your lawyer probably got you the best disposition available. Why are you looking to blame anyone but yourself? You did not get injured or go to jail so you are very lucky.
