QUESTION

Can i get representation for 2 misdemeanors?

More details to this question:
My son, is 17 years old and he was charged with public drunkness and disorderly conduct. Im not sure if he can beat the case. But im trying to find someone to get him the best deal. You know not a large fine or no fine. Maybe a lot of community service and a class. He a really smart kid, graduated early, he got a job. Hopefully someone can get back to me soon. His first appearance is 8-7-2014

It is best for your son to have a lawyer.  If you can't afford one he should apply for a public defender.  I would be glad to represent him. Feel free to call and discuss my fee.
