Can I go to Canada for Visa stamp in December 2013?

I got DUI on February 6 2012; I appeared in court on 05/06/2012. Judge gave me 11 months PBJ. PBJ got completed on 04/05/2013. I applied for H1B visa in 2013 and I got approval for H1B. Can I go to Canada for Visa stamp in December 2013? What is the percentage I will get the visa?

If you have a criminal conviction for DUI, I doubt you will be able to come to Canada. Check with a Canadian immigration lawyer first.

If you leave United States for any reason including for visa stamping overseas, I am afraid, your DUI conviction may render you inadmissible to return to the US. Please speak to an experienced immigration attorney before you make any travel plans.
