I just as charged with identity deception in 2014 and sentenced to probation and 40 hours community service. My friend had his girlfriend fill out my paperwork and now my po says I falsified documents and she is telling this to the judge. I have court Wednesday And I’m scared to go

You must go. No matter what happens it will be worse if you fail to appear. I woud suggest you get an attorney asap. If your probation is revoked you could have to serve the remainder of any suspended sentence.
