Can I have a warrant without going to jail?

I have a failure to appear warrant for a traffic violation in 2000. Is there any way to take care of it by paying a fine in Taylor County Texas? Texas also knows where I am, my Florida address is on file. I have not been in any trouble since I left Texas and have a family to support. I can’t go back to take care of it because my family needs me.

Google who does traffic tickets in Taylor. Sometimes you can just pay it off and other times you have to turn yourself in. But on traffic tickets, it's usually just pay it off. Very rare to go to jail.
