I got my first felony in 2008 and did my probation and community services and fines. It was deferred adjudication. And this current year in 2013, I completed a felony possession of marijuana of less than 5 pounds but it was only half a pound. I was wondering if I could get both expunged or if I have to wait?

If this is a Missouri conviction, then no, you can't get a felony drug conviction expunged from your criminal record in Missouri. It doesn't matter how long you wait, those types of convictions are not eligible for expungement.
