I was convicted of Petty Theft after going to trial. I allegedly stole a pack of cigarettes, valued at $6.40. However, they cannot be obtained without being released with payment from the customer service counter. I have a prior DUI from 2003 and 11-07. No other criminal charges. Can I have this embarrassing conviction expunged?
