Can I have my wife arrested for what she did with our business money?

My soon to be ex wife and I had a business, we ran it together with her in the office full time on the books and me in the field full time on the books. The business was started while married but is a corporation solely under my name and she is just a worker on paper. Leading up to her infidelity and our divorce she had a hidden safe deposit box with cash in it, 6 other bank accounts and checks made out to relatives that were written from the business. Can I criminally have her charged? What other information would I need? Who do I go to, the police or D.A.? Thank you in advance for your time.
