Can I legally have guns after it is done?

More details to this question:
About 15 years ago I got arrested for display weapons on my wall. I got felonys and a few months in county jail and probation. I have not seen a cop for over a decade now and I want my thing expunged. Can I have guns now? And how does a permit to carry come up with this situation?

If you have one felony which is reduce able to a misdemeanor, and is reduced to a misdemeanor, then you can own guns a gain. You cannot have other felonies and you cannot have a domestic violence within about 13 years.
