Can I lose my license from a hit and run and reckless driving charge?

More details to this question:
I was recently involved in a hit and run. I was at a friend's house and I had a few drinks. I was backing his new car up and ended up backing into another car. He started screaming and told me to leave. I ended up telling the cops the next day. I'm very worried about losing my license. I want to take full responsibility but am just nervous. I had an OWI almost 8 years ago no other convictions. Please help? I can't eat or sleep.
Yes with those charges after conviction your Michigan drivers license would be suspended for at least 180 days. Hire a good local attorney & fight for a deal to reduce charges.
