can i press charges against someone who molested me continuously for 5 years?

More details to this question:
I'm 17 and my ex stepbrother used rape me, the only person i told was my boyfriend about a year ago. i was 10 and he was 14 when he molested me. he didn't actually rape me until i was 13. my mom and his dad got divorced almost 2 years ago. i never wanted to tell because i didn't want to ruin their marriage. my ex stepbrother is now 21, i'm really scared and i don't know who to tell, could i still press charges?
