Can I purchase a gun with a misdemeanor from transporting a registered gun that I owned that was thrown out but is on my record?

More details to this question:
I was moving and I poses a registered gun license. I found out the way to transport it legally and was still arrested for transporting a weapon. The charge was thrown out.

If you didn't plead to it, or were found guilty of it and you have no other criminal conviction, you should be eligible. The arrest record that is still there if you haven't expunged it, is probably what caused the denial. Order your criminal record from the PA State Police to check and then hire an attorney to expunge the records.
