Can I reduced my 2nd DUI's fine and suspension?

More details to this question:
I recently got charged with my second DUI. The first was in college, in Iowa (2007), my second was in Illinois (2013). I live in Iowa, work in Illinois. I blew .185. I have to drive a lot for my job. Is there any way to combat this scenario in any way in the sense of, reduced fines, reduced time of DL suspension? What should I expect? Since I live in Iowa and received it in Illinois.
