QUESTION
Can I remove "Failure to respond" from my driving record?
Asked on Jul 06th, 2014 on Traffic Violations - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I have 17 "failure to respond" on my driving record, and I want to know if there is anyway that I would be able to remove them. All of my fines are currently paid off completely, I have had my license gone for about 2 years now. My eligibility date is set for 10/02/2020. If I was able to remove any of these, it would decrease my date drastically. I was too young, immature, and ignorant to realize what I was doing (or wasn't doing in this case) to know that I should have reacted to the tickets that I had received. I rely on driving to make it to my job, and because of all of the "failure to respond" and "driving while susp/revoked" I am not eligible for an OLL. Is there anything that I would be able to do to get them removed from my record, or be able to drive legally? I am a responsible driver now, I just made a lot of bad decisions and they are coming around to bite me. I do have my full driving record, and also my requirements letter if the help determine an outcome. Thank you.

You can have summary offenses expunged, but you must wait 5 years after the last one.
