I was convicted of a felony for child abduction in 2004. My husband at the time accuse me of taking our child out of state. Can I possibly remove this in my state and if so, what steps do I take? Is this something I can do through legal help or is a lawyer necessary?

If you have a felony in Missouri for child abduction, that felony conviction can not be expunged.
