More details to this question:
I’m a victim of assault. However, the judge I felt was bias and miconducted herself in this matter. The biological mother of my step children assaulted me because I was trying to keep her from violating a court order from juvenile court. The judge stated that “ I need to stay in my place and that I shouldn’t allow my stepchildren to call me Mom or Mommy.” Also, the defendant’s attorney became rude towards me and asked about my financial obligation. I feel that my case was unprepared due to the fact that my witness couldn’t be there because of him being the defendant’s biological son and his age. The case was only dismissed. So I’m unsure if I can repeal it and have another judge view the case.
