Can I request to terminate probation while paying a fee on the case?

More details to this question:
I am currently on probation for two cases. The first case is for obstruction of justice on 12/2010 and the second is for a DUI on 5/2011. I am paying the fine on Case 2. I would like information regarding terminating probation on these cases and expunging my record. Thank you!!!

The Court will not terminate your probation until all fines are paid.
