More details to this question:
I've never had a record of getting in trouble. This is the only time. I got an impaired driving. I got a year probation and intensive outpatient program. I have finished all of it and paid all of my fines too. I did however have a few violations for Pbt and got served community service which I finished and one I blew a .04. I served jail time for that. I was hoping I could do some classes while doing jail time to finish up my probation and go back to school like I've wanted to do.

There are certain times that a person can petition the court to end their probation early. When you have several violations already, this is probably not one of those times. It certainly would not hurt to file such a petition especially if the reason is to be able to go back to school, but given the numerous violations, I believe your chances to succeed on such a petition are slim.

You can ask but it doesn't seem likely. At all.

No you cannot revoke your probation but I guess you can decline probation then the judge could just put you in jail (up to the max) & even then you can still be on probation after you are released from jail for up to 2 years. How about this...COMPLY WITH YOUR ORDER OF PROBATION and stop drinking. Sounds like you are in denial about the depth of your drinking problem. If you comply there is no chance of additional jail time.
