QUESTION

Can I still be arrested for DUI after 6 months?

Asked on Aug 20th, 2016 on DUI/DWI - Florida
More details to this question:
My friend was arrested for DUI six months ago because he was sitting behind the wheel of the running vehicle. He did not drive. I was with him, and now his attorney wants me to fill out an affidavit stating he wasn't driving. I am hoping I can do so without incriminating myself. I had two previous DUI's over 20 years ago and cannot risk my job and security.
