More details to this question:
I was recently arrested for underage consumption and 4th degree property damage, reason why? Well I don't remember what happened but my bud said I drove it into a field, it stop so I went to a farmer's house and the cops came. My friend was picked up on the road and then brought to the farm also. I was then brought to jail for me ripping on the cops. My truck got towed and I ended up with a minor and 4th degree destruction of property. I haven't gone to court yet but why didn't I get a DWI or DUI?

The prosecutor can charge you at any time during the statute of limitations period. You should have an attorney represent you.

If you do not admit to the driving then you probably will not be charged with it.
