Probably not if there is no evidence of you being drunk at the time of the accident such as field sobriety tests, Breathalyzer results or blood tests showing your blood alcohol ratio.

They would have a hard time collecting evidence now so probably not.

You do not indicate whether this was a 1 vehicle wreck and/or if any damage was done to a 3rd person (person's property) in this wreck. It should be noted that depending on the circumstances, the hospital may have drawn blood and a BAC reading was obtained. This reading could be used to charge you with a crime. Anyway, it is still possible for law enforcement to charge you with a crime from the wreck, however, unless there is a compelling reason (complaining witness or blood results reveal a high high level of alcohol content), there may be nothing more law enforcement will do at this time.

Probably not if no criminal investigation was ever performed.

If your blood was analyzed for blood alcohol content in a timely manner and it came back above the legal limit, then it does not matter if the cops were at the scene.
