Can I still petition to do Traffic School if I have a speeding ticket?

I received a speeding ticket (my first one) and was able to show in court that officer did not have his certificate showing he was trained on device and that he sent me only partial evidence requested and sent it much later than allowed by law without a reason allowed by law. I was still found guilty by both court and appeal court. The case is now closed.
