More details to this question:
I was on probation for a DUI and D felony for Resisting arrest. I did almost all my sentence on work release and did school there. 6 classes to go. My last month I went on home detention to finish my classes. I was a Door to Door sales person and for 6 years but could not do it on work release. I tried to move but Los vegas would not let me move there because i had no relatives living there in fact I don't have any no where. i had no job in Indiana and almost homeless. I wrote the judge with info from a job . My boss was the Vice President and wrote where I was going to live. I gave it to the judge and he gave me a hearing. The prosecutor and the judge modified my sentence to take me off of probation so I could go. But he said my suspended sentence still stood in effect. He said if I paid all my fines and everything I owed I would be off of probation. so I went there right away and paid 1 month of about 35 dollars and the lady said I was done and needed not to talk to anyone. I did not know I would be released like that. So I had to finish my month or 3 weeks, pack and set up where I was going . I had to shut everything off and then I moved . It took 3 days with stops to go about 1,880 to Indiana to Vegas. Got there March 31th. 10 days later my ex probation officer sent a court hearing to my old apartment. The Neighbor even said I think I went to Vegas. In court the judge was told were I was moving and address. I talked to a probation officer about a fine they said I had still owed from 1998 which I never knew I still owed it and we had set up a 30 day payment on that. Then 2 weeks before the court date of May 25th, 2012 I talked to a probation officer and she vacated the hearing for that money. I did not know I had another court date since I moved which she called it a status hearing 1,880 miles away. 450 each way at least and the lady never once said I had a court date which i would of never moved and was not on probation anyway and judge nev
