More details to this question:
long story short. Licensed armed guard (6yrs) Folder full of screenshots (Death Threats), 3 am at a gas station was charged, pulled weapon. Arrested for Felony assault by "victims" good friends who are on force, no questions asked, didn't look at license or my evidence for reason, told them I was in fear of my life. Held on a domestic for 14hrs, cuffed to booking desk & standing for 8hrs. Witness statements disappeared, no officers at court, lost my job & firearm, cant get work do to pending felony, were issued no contact order. Found man in our yard at night looking through windows, drives by house, trashed my name & caused me to lose $500 on a side job, County refuses to do anything. Sheriff offered me to "Sweep it under the rug" after 6 months of good behavior. Case is a total of 9months. Is there anything I can do about county? I have proof of everything.
