More details to this question:
I was pulled over by a cop. I did nothing to be pulled over and was given a bogus ticket. It cost me $450 dollars to have it dropped by an attorney. Can I sue the cop?

Sure! You likely won't win assuming your suit survives a motion to dismiss - all you will accomplish is that you will end up just spending more money. Your best bet is to just let the matter go.
