On January 6 2012 I was wrongly accused, arrested, and charged with stealing from Walmart! Today I finally got my case dismissed. Can I sue them?

Google a plaintiffs attorney in your area and see if they will take the case. What are your damages. It's hard to sue but maybe someone will take your case.
