Me and my friend were leaving for lunch at school when he asked m if I want some marijuana. I took it smoked it and a teacher saw me and called the office. We both got tooken in for questioning and I said that only I smoked and it was his cousins and he was trying to get rid of it so I took it. He was stupid enough to leave the pipe in his car, so they found it and he got charged even though he didn't smoke. He got 6 months probation and they gave me nothing even though I confessed. I'm 18 with a clean record and he is 17 with multiple charges. I am willing to take his charges but don't want to make things worse. Please I need some advice this is killing me inside, I live in cassia county, Idaho. Thank you
No you cannot take your friends charges. Although it is admirable to stand up for your friend he is the one who was caught in possession and g possession of marijuana or paraphernalia in Idaho is a crime.
