Can I withdraw my brandishing a weapon plea?

More details to this question:
My lawyer did not tell me I could face federal charges for pleading to brandishing a weapon, the prosecutor then stated I had a gun which the state has no evidence to support that claim.

You have to file a motion with the Court to withdraw your plea, alleging some type of cause why you should be allowed to do so. The Judge may grant the motion if he feels there is good to do so, or he may deny the motion if he feels there is not good cause. The motion must be filed prior to sentencing.
