Can infractions on tribal land affect my record?

More details to this question:
I received 2 infractions on tribal land. One was a Class B and another was a Class C. Can these affect my record? I will be given a court appointment w/i a month to discuss the Class B infraction.

Yes, these are government records and should be treated seriously. You need to hire an attorney that is licensed on that tribal land.
