Can kentucky extradite me from Tennessee?

More details to this question:
I had 2 active warrants in Tennessee and 1 in Kentucky. In 1 county in Tennessee they dismissed the fugitive from justice which is from Kentucky stating request of state but the other county in Tennessee wants to hold me for Kentucky.
