Can my 1st degree home invasion record be expunged?

More details to this question:
I was convicted of a 1st degree home invasion in Michigan when I was 18 in 2005. I was released in 2007 and off parole in 2009. I served 28 months and I have no prior convictions. can I have my record expunge.

From the facts you present, you are eligible for an expungement 5 years after your release date from MDOC. The request should be filed before your sentencing judge or that judge's successor.
