In Massachusetts the age at which a person can legally consent to sex is 16. So if you were 16 years of age or greater when you had sex with the person, he cannot be successfully prosecuted for statutory rape. Other than that I am not aware of any other reasons why your father would be in a position to have your boyfriend charged. All information and analysis provided herein is for Massachusetts law and Massachusetts cases, ONLY.
