the legality of the search is dependent upon the circumstances. if there are exigent circumstances under which the evidence would be destroyed, then the police may be able to search without a warrant. if the search was illegal, the the fruit of the search is illegal. we can file a motion to suppress the evidence. ed dimon 732-797-1600. please call.
