In 2012, my husband was arrested for his third driving under the influence offense. His lawyer told us that he can come home after finishing his DUI classes. I want to have his sentence modified and his violation of probation charge dropped. Can my husband come home after his DUI classes?

That is what his lawyer says so it is probably true.
