Can my mother drop the restraining order against me?

More details to this question:
What happens if my mother has a restraining order against me and said that I came to her house and now she doesn't want to? What can happen now? Can they drop the case if she tells them too or is it no longer in her hands?

No, only the prosecutor can.

It is somewhat no longer in her hands. She can't drop the charges but she can refuse to cooperate which might kill the case at any trial.
