QUESTION

Can my parole violation be terminated or transferred?

Asked on Jul 01st, 2019 on Parole and Probation - Tennessee
More details to this question:
My house burned down in Arkansas, so I moved to Knoxville Tn. I did not transfer my parole to knoxville. It was not a violent crime. I got married here and will not be living in Arkansas anymore. Is there anyway my parole can be dismissed or transferred here?

If a parole violation has already been filed, then it is kind of late to be thinking about that now. However, if no violation has been filed, you might reach out to your PO and talk about it with him/her.
