About 20 years ago, I did a mistake of shoplifting in a store. Amount $20.00. I paid a fine of $250.00. I never did it never, ever again. I want to know, can my public record be sealed? Thank you.
Assuming this conviction was in Missouri No, your public record can't be sealed and the conviction for shoplifting can not be expunged from your criminal record.
